Karma Box at St. Peter’s

On Sunday, January 12, Preston Emborsky, grandson of parishioners Tom and Isobel Streenan, unveiled his Eagle Scout project at our 10:00 am service. Preston built seven Karma Boxes to be distributed throughout Carson City. A Karma Box can be filled with non-perishable food items, toiletries, and warm clothing for the winter, and water in the summer. Nights off the Street

Nights off the Street Nights off the Street, or NOTS, is a program operated by volunteers in several local churches, including St. Peter’s. The program gives dozens of Carson City homeless a place to sleep each night during winter from November through March.
