NW Mission District Meeting

The clergy, wardens, and elected delegates to convention are invited to attend two Northwest Mission District meetings in addition to the Diocesan Convention. Spring 2025 meeting will be held March 8 at St. Catherine of Siena in Reno. Attendees will gather at St. Catherine’s new location 890 E. Patriot in Reno with refreshments at 9:30 and the meeting beginning at 10:00. Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner Shrove Tuesday, is the traditional feast day before the start of Lent on Ash Wednesday. Legislative Committee

Legislative Action Committee Meeting The Nevada Legislature is in session from February through June 2025. During that time members of St. Peter’s track bills of interest and engage with the law makers on issues of importance to the church. Meetings are open to anyone in the congregation or the community that wish to be involved.

Ministry Meeting – Open to All

Ministry meetings are open to all that are called to be a part of the ministries of St. Peter’s. We will gather to discuss current and future planning for the ways we wish to live into our Baptismal Covenant. This includes discussion of worship, ministry, and fellowship within our walls and in the wider community. Please feel free to attend and find out how you can put your passion to action.

COMBINED SERVICE & POTLUCK

This will be Father Michael’s final service with us. We will gather together and send him with prayers for his journey to San Diego. On this day we will have one combined worship service at 9 a.m. Join together with the entire congregation to pray together before we break bread together in the Parish Hall at potluck brunch afterward. Please note this means there is an interruption to our usual 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. service schedule.
