This will be Father Michael’s final service with us. We will gather together and send him with prayers for his journey to San Diego. On this day we will have one combined worship service at 9 a.m. Join together with the entire congregation to pray together before we break bread together in the Parish Hall at potluck brunch afterward. Please note this means there is an interruption to our usual 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. service schedule.
Lay Reader Training
Become a Lay Reader Becoming a lay reader is a wonderful way to participate in our worship services. At each service, lay leaders read the lessons and guide the congregation in the Psalms. Join Fr. Michael for this opportunity to learn to become a lay reader and support the ministry and worship of St. Peter’s. The training will take place in between the services on Sunday, January 26.
Morning Prayer Training
With upcoming changes to our worship schedule and liturgy, anyone interested in being a worship leader for morning prayer services is invited to this session. Fr. Michael will provide us with instruction for us to create meaningful worship services in this ancient tradition. We will meet in the sanctuary at 10 am on Saturday, January 25th
CAT Survey Results Talk
Join us after the combined service on Sunday, January 12 for a potluck brunch and lively discussion about St. Peter’s CAT Survey results. The results of the survey that our members completed this past Fall will illuminate our pathway forward to knowing who we are as a congregation. Christmas Day Celebration We will join together in fellowship on Christmas morning to celebrate Jesus’ birth. Canon Theologian, Chuck McCray will lead a morning prayer service. Lunch will be hosted by Chuck and TeeJay after the service. Bring your joyful hearts and hearty appetites.

Advent Spiritual Study
Living Well through Advent Join this four-week fellowship and spiritual study as we practice peace through the season of Advent. The study will take place in the parish hall after the 10 am Sunday service starting Sunday, December 1. A simple soup lunch will be provided. For additional information, contact Fr. Blue Christmas & Labyrinth
Blue Christmas Service with Luminaries on the Labyrinth A Blue Christmas service is a quiet, contemplative service that usually happens near the winter solstice; the day which has the longest night and the shortest day. It is symbolic of our darker nights when we find ourselves grieving, lonely, or longing for something better. This is also an opportunity to find quiet amongst the busy-ness of the holiday season that can sometimes feel overwhelming.
